Board of Directors Approve Formal Inquiry

The Board of Directors approved a formal inquiry to the State Board of Elections (SBOE) seeking clarification on a number of political contribution questions raised by the NCPLA membership.  We submitted our request in late February hoping to receive guidance before the Primary elections.  Due to the SBOE's involvement in court cases, their response was delayed.
