The National Society of Insurance Premium Auditors (NSIPA) is pleased to present to you 2012 Premium Audit Select. We are very excited about continuing the work started last year and also being able to implement new services and programs for 2012, and Premium Audit Select is no exception. We thank all of those participants who have supported NSIPA through Select and truly hope that you will find the 2012 Premium Audit Select better than before.
As a reminder of the changes that were made in 2011 and will continue into 2012, Select will continue to renew on a calendar year. Everyone’s Select term shall expire at the same time. If you sign up for additional services throughout the year, it will be prorated at your agreed upon discounted rate to end at the same time as all of the other services that you signed up for at the beginning of the year.

How the Premium Audit Select Program Works
Step 1
Pick the services that will best fit your needs and correspond with your desired level of recognition. Please keep in mind that the more services that you request, the greater the discount and the higher your partnership level.
Step 2
Add up the total amount of the services that you request and determine your recognized level and discount. (See chart above.)
Step 3
Complete the order form using the PDF document or online, inserting the appropriate percentage and calculating the discounted total amount due.

If using the PDF order form, mail or fax it with payment to:

Order Premium Audit Select Online
You can now join or renew your Premium Audit Select using our secure online form.
Quarterly Payment Plan Available
For those paying more than $1,000, NSIPA offers participants the ability to make quarterly payments for the total amount due. The total amount due will be divided into four equal payments and automatically processed on your credit card through our secure, automated service. The fee to participate in this Quarterly Payment Plan is a one-time charge of $25. This one-time fee will be charged at the time of the first of the four payments. This quarterly payment plan DOES NOT automatically renew from one year to another. You can either use the Select Order Form (PDF) OR complete the online form and print it out along with this form to process your Select order.
