Official Call for Nominations for Board of Trustees

The Ohio Association of Ambulatory Surgery Centers (OAASC) Board of Trustees invites you to get more involved in the leadership of your association by becoming an OAASC Board Member.

 

Nominations are now being accepted to fill positions for the OAASC Board of Trustees.    Nomination Form

 

Per the Code of Regulations both nominees and nominators must be current members of the OAASC. Members can nominate themselves. The term is three years.

 

From the nominations submitted, the OAASC Nominating Committee will develop a slate of candidates, which will then be presented to the entire membership for their vote of approval.

 

The election process will be as follows:

 

 

Sept 15, 2017  Nominations due to Randy Leffler at the OAASC office. Mailed, faxed and emailed nominations are acceptable. Nomination Form

Sept 20, 2017   Nominations of OAASC Board Member candidates presented to the membership at the annual conference for approval.

 

Jan 1, 2018 New term begins 

 

Mar, 2018   First Board Meeting for New Board Members. (Date TBD)

 

Meetings are quarterly (March, June, September, December)
