Professional Applicator Training

Provided Through the Asmark Institute

The Ohio AgriBusiness Association is excited to announce a new training opportunity for custom applicator professionals and the management staff who supervise them. We have partnered with the Asmark Institute to offer members a hands-on professional custom applicator training to supplement the long-time OABA Custom Applicator Day, which is being held again in 2014 on Jan. 21.

The technology used to apply agrichemicals is rapidly changing how crop protection products must be applied in order to maximize results while minimizing spray drift. This course is geared to delivering high quality, consistent and cost effective training experiences for commercial handlers, and/or applicators, and the management that supervises them. This course has been developed to cover liquid systems with a focus on post/foliar applications.

These trainings are limited to the first 30 registrants, so register today.

The course is presented by Dr. Robert Wolf, who is nationally-recognized for his work with application technology.Asmark - Dr. Wolf.JPG This training is hands-on and involves the use of real equipment built specifically to facilitate the learning experience.

Course confirmation packets will be mailed to each registered participant. Certified Crop Adviser continuing education credits will be available for this course.
