Regional Territory Manager – Member Cooperative

CHS Aligned Solutions is partnering with a member cooperative near Eau Claire, Wisconsin to provide Selection Services to select a senior leadership position as the Regional Territory Manager – Member Cooperative. This position will be a local cooperative employee and will report directly to the CEO.
Position Overview:
The Regional Territory Manager is responsible for leading a regional team by providing coaching, sales management, and team development to cooperative team members within an assigned region of the cooperative’s trade territory.

Responsibilities:
- Leads a regional team in, prioritizing resources, facilitating alignment of the team, setting high expectations, inspiring commitment, encouraging mutual support and enabling professional development
- Provides operations leadership through creating efficiencies for customer service, retention, growth and profitability
- Develops, communicates, builds support for, and implements business strategies, plans, and practices in maximizing financial resources
- Builds diverse, high-performing teams that accomplish organizational changes, goals, and priorities
- Listens to, leverages, and promotes diverse ideas, perspectives, and contributions throughout the region and the organization
- Combines experiences, insight, and data to determine how to best exceed customer needs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Business Management with at least
- 10+ years agricultural management of agronomy, grain operations and/or full-service cooperative
- Must have basic math skills, proficient in Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills
- Experience in managing budgets, managing teams and running a profitable enterprise
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
