OABA Supports STB Reauthorization Act of 2015

The Ohio AgriBusiness Association, along with more than 30 state and national agricultural groups, signed a commendation letter to U.S. Sen. John Thune and ranking member Bill Nelson for introducing S.B. 808, the Surface Transportation Board Reauthorization Act of 2015. The introduced legislation reforms the STB by strengthening its independence, improving how it functions, requiring more transparency concerning STB proceedings and more.
