FLM+ Adds Three Team Members

FLM+, a hybrid strategic consulting, marketing and communications company, welcomes Tyler Knight as a developer; Maddie Ogletree as an associate client relationship team leader; and Erin-Lynn McAleer as operations and human resources assistant. Tyler and Maddie are located in Minneapolis, and Erin-Lynn is in FLM+'s headquarters office in Columbus, Ohio.

Tyler has most recently been a contract web and application developer. Prior experience includes front-end developer at Randstad; senior developer at Martin Williams; and web developer at Fredrickson Communications and Ascent Media. Client experience includes Target, Best Buy, Syngenta, Caribou and Marvin Windows and Doors. He holds a B.S. in multimedia web design from The Art Institutes International Minnesota and also attended Bakersfield Community College in California.

Maddie joins the team as a recent graduate with a B.A. in journalism from Baylor University. She has experience as an intern with The Dwyer Group, Heart O' Texas Fair & Rodeo and Sullivan Branding. Maddie also has in-class experience with Friends for Life and has volunteered with the Cameron Park Zoo. She participated in study abroad program in the Netherlands and is a native of Memphis, Tenn.

Erin-Lynn most recently was an executive assistant at Sawdey Solution Services, a Department of Defense Logistics Agency. Prior to that, she had experience with Blue Diesel, MedLife, IMC2, and Right Media. Her education includes both jewelry and graphic design at Fashion Institute of Technology with an emphasis on employee relationships, stress and time management, communication skills and fine arts.
