OABA Supports NGFA Statement to STB on Rail Reciprocal Switching

The Ohio AgriBusiness Association, along with 11 national and 15 state agricultural organizations, has signed on in support of the National Grain and Feed Association’s opening statement to the Surface Transportation Board as part of its rail reciprocal switching proceeding. The statement commends STB’s action to revise the current regulations, while offering several comments and suggestions for improving the final rules.
