IS YOUR 300A POSTED?

Required from February 1st to April 30th

  Our risk management partner Asmark Institute reminds us it's time to complete your 2008 injury and illness recordkeeping obligations by posting the Summary of Work Related Injuries and Illnesses (OSHA Form 300A). OSHA requires the notice be displayed from February 1^st to April 30^th each year in a conspicuous place where employee notices are customarily posted. A company official must certify the information in Form 300A was examined and is believed to be correct and complete.
