Advance Sale Ticket Order Form

The Ohio AgriBusiness Association is once again providing members an opportunity to purchase tickets for the Farm Science Review in advance.  The 2011 Farm Science Review will take place September 20, 21, and 22 at the Molly Caren Ag Center, London, Ohio.

Advance sale tickets are $5.00 each, while tickets at the gates are $8.00.  Everyone over the age of five years must have a ticket.  There are two means for you to purchase tickets under the Advance Sale Program.

The first is pre-pay CASH sales.  Indicate the desired number of tickets on the "Cash" line below and forward a check payable to The Ohio State University with your ticket request.

The second is a "Consignment" order.  The Farm Science Review office will invoice you for all tickets you receive and do not return by Monday, September 19, 2011.  The minimum order for tickets on consignment is ten.
