In view of ever-present government scrutiny of business activity and enforcement of the antitrust laws, it is important for all businesses, including trade associations, to maintain strict compliance with the antitrust laws.

If your company does not already have an antitrust compliance policy in place, OABA has also created template your company can customize and adopt. Because OABA cannot and does not render legal advice to individual companies, specific questions of law should be referred to an individual’s or company’s legal counsel.
