CropLife America’s Newest Modern Ag Resources

Several new and exciting modern agriculture resources were released at CropLife America’s Annual Meeting, including a new animated video, which shows how farming has evolved since 1930 and highlights the pivotal moments in agricultural history that have led to the “great progression” of modern agriculture. We urge you to use the video in your own meetings and presentations to not only show how American farming has evolved during the last 80 years, but also how agriculture continues to adapt to a changing world. Visit the CLA website (http://www.croplifeamerica.org/node/1268) or YouTube channel (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gcwlJfWIlx0&feature=c4-overview&list=UUxhusF1wy4SqczUjoN4h2Pw) to watch the video.

CropLife America also released their 2013 Annual Report with an accompanying website. This year’s report celebrates the 80th anniversary of CLA and 80 years of agricultural progress with “The Great Progression of Modern Agriculture” theme. The interactive site emphasizes the progress U.S. farmers have made since the 1930s with a focus on precision agriculture, conservation and productivity as well as how CLA has helped to advance modern agriculture.
