Membership is open to all attorneys in good standing, or their associated employees, who have an interest in criminal defense. Categories have been developed to meet the needs of all criminal defense practitioners.

  • Attorneys are not eligible for Associate Membership

  • Public Defenders are full time employees of a public defender or legal aid society.

  • New Members of the Bar are those who are less than two years.
