Physicians' Groups Closely Watch "One-Bite" Developments
Medical societies are concerned about proposal’s effect on physicians needing mental health and substance abuse treatment

Interested parties continue to meet with stakeholders and legislators to come up with a proposal that best meets the needs of physicians and does not hinder their ability to access treatment services. The Medical Association Coalition, a group of nine physicians' organizations, including Ohio ACEP, will meet again in mid-February.
