Overview

SAIL for Education, Inc. is a non-profit subsidiary of OAESA. SAIL's mission is to increase student achievement by improving instructional leadership and building a culture of continuous improvement.

SAIL for Education offers curricula for:

• SAIL for Experienced Administrators
• SAIL for Initial Leadership - Educators seeking principal license
• SAIL for NBCT
• SAIL for TL

SAIL for Education is a professional development program blending face-to-face institutes, online support learning, and professional coaching. Completely online delivery is also available. Each course includes an online 360° assessment, video-streaming, chat rooms, and discussion boards.

All of our courses may be articulated into graduate or doctoral credits when enrolled in one of SAIL's university partners. Our Teacher Leaders course may also be utilized for a Master's degree.
