Our team of renowned neuroscience experts includes specialists and sub-specialists who are uniquely trained to treat both routine and complex neurologic conditions, such as stroke, multiple sclerosis, spine tumors, brain tumors, epilepsy and more.

Neuroscience Physician Assistant job opportunities are available at our two acute care hospitals in Columbus—OhioHealth Grant Medical Center and OhioHealth Riverside Methodist Hospital—as well as throughout the Greater Columbus area. We have dynamic full-time and part-time Physician Assistant careers in these neuro specialties:

• Epilepsy

• Movement disorders

• Spine

• Stroke

The Physician Assistant will:

• Collaborate with physicians in a hospital-based inpatient setting to provide care to neurology patients

• Perform physical examinations and minimally invasive procedures

• Order diagnostic studies, evaluate results and prescribe treatment

Key Qualifications:

• Physician Assistant (PA) Certificate to Practice from the State Medical Board of Ohio

• Certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)

• Graduate of an accredited physician assistant program

• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification

• Neurology experience preferred
