Position................ Physician Assistant
JobDescription.......... Dr. Robert Burger and Beacon Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine are looking for a dynamic Physician Assistant to join their fast paced team. This position is full-time and will require time in the clinic and operating room as well as hospital rounding and hospital patient care.
The ideal candidate will be required to do the following:
•Be able to work as a team member in an aggressive high profile sports medicine atmosphere
•Enjoys lots of autonomy and comfortable holding PA Clinics
•Work with athletes of all levels and ages, including college athletes
•Work extremely hands-on in the clinic, operating room and hospital rounds
•Loves to teach and mentor fellows and students in the clinic and the operating room
Qualifications:
•Loves and embraces sports and the development of athletes
•Self Starter who desires autonomy and accountability
•Orthopaedic experience preferred, new grads welcome
•Graduate of an accredited PA Program and NCCPA certified
•Prescriptive Authority preferred
