Goodlatte: FCC Net Neutrality Order Diminishes DOJ, FTC Antitrust Authority
“I am very concerned that what’s going to happen here is that as the FCC ramps up—and they’ve started with what they claim is a light touch—but they will ramp up and as they do, your [DOJ’s] authority is going to be diminished,” said chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.) during an oversight hearing of the DOJ and FTC.
