Attorney David “Chip” Comstock will be presenting a lecture related to Ohio Administrative Code 4123:1-2102 (Personal Protective Clothing and Equipment for Structural Fire Fighting). The lecture will examine the Ohio Bureau of Workers Compensation Division of Safety rules relating to firefighting operations and the penalties for non-compliance. The class will include discussions on ways to comply with the Administrative Code requirements both on paper and in practice. Two sessions will be presented; you only need to attend one.

This training qualifies to fulfill the BWC two-hour group rating safety training requirement. A certificate of attendance will be provided to submit to your group rating sponsor or third party administrator at the conclusion of the session.                                                                                                                             

COST: $20; includes coffee and donuts
