OFE Class 16 Begins Their Studies

OFE LogoOhio Fire Executive Class 16 began their studies this week at the Quest Conference Center. OFE is a professional certification for fire officers on the equivalent of the National Fire Academy’s Executive Fire Officer Program, but geared more specifically to work in the state of Ohio. The curriculum was designed by fire chiefs and educators to build on three elements: self-analysis, leading change, and executive leadership.

Dr. Bill Ashley is the OFE Program Director. Today’s presenter is Dr. Burton A. Clark, EFO. Dr. Clark writes, lectures, and teaches fire service research, safety, culture, and professional development worldwide. He will be presenting a module titled Organizational Vision, Mission & Values.
