8:10 am           Blue and Red Team Registration – Bill Davis Stadium Entrance

8:25 am                       Red Team Coordinator & Director meet with Red Coaches & Players – at 3^rd Base Dugout

8:30 am                       Blue Team Coordinator & Director meet with Blue Coaches & Players – at 1^st Base Dugout

                        Green and Black Team Registration – Bill Davis Stadium Entrance

8:40 am                       Red Team Pictures

8:45 am                       Black Team Coordinator & Director meet with Black Coaches & Players – at 3^rd Base Dugout

8:50 am                       Blue Team 60’s – Right Field Foul Line

                        Green Team Coordinator & Director meet with Green Coaches & Players – at 1^st Base Dugout

9:00 am                       Black Team Pictures

9:10 am                       Red Team 60’s – Left Field Foul Line

9:10 am                       Green Team 60’s – Right Field Foul Line

9:30 am                       Black Team 60’s – Left Field Foul Line

10:35 am         GAME 1(7innings) – BLUE TEAM (H) vs RED TEAM (V)

11:30 am         Green Team BP 1^st base cages / Black Team BP 3^rd base cages

12:00 pm         Green and Black Teams eat lunch

12:35 pm         Game 1 cannot start new inning

                        Immediately after Game 1 – Black Team warm up LF, Green Team warm up RF

                        Blue and Red Teams eat lunch after completion of their game

12:50 pm         Green Team Pregame

1:05 pm           Black Team Pregame

1:20 pm           GAME 2(7 innings) – GREEN TEAM (H) vs BLACK TEAM (V)

3:20 pm           Game 2 cannot start new inning

                        Immediately after Game 2 – Blue Team warm up LF

4:00 pm           GAME 3(9 innings) – GREEN TEAM (H) vs. BLUE TEAM (V)

6:00 pm           Red and Black Teams eat dinner

6:30 pm           Game 3 cannot start new inning

6:45 pm           Presentation of certificates – Game 4 Teams then Game 3 Teams

                        Green and Blue Teams eat dinner

                        Red Team warms up in RF Black Team warms up in LF after presentation of certificates

7:15 pm           GAME 4 (9 innings) - RED TEAM (H) vs. BLACK TEAM (V)

9:45 pm           Game 4 cannot start a new inning

9:45 pm           HOME RUN DERBY CONTEST

                        Team Coordinators meet with teams and distribute room assignments and keys

12:00am          Room Check with Team Coordinators and Lights Out

8:20 am           Red Team players and coaches eat breakfast - hotel

8:40 am                       Black Team players and coaches eat breakfast - hotel

8:45 am                       Bus Transportation available to Bill Davis Stadium for Green and Red players

9:00 am           Blue Team players and coaches eat breakfast – hotel

9:30 am                       Bus Transportation available to Bill Davis Stadium for Black and Blue players

                        ALL PLAYERS CHECKED OUT OF HYATT PLACE           

9:00 am           Green Team stretch, throw, BP –1^st  Base Foul Line and Cage

                        Red Team stretch, throw, BP – 3^rd Base Foul Line and Cage 

9:30 am                       Green Team Pregame

9:45 am                       Red Team Pregame

10:00 am         National Anthem

                        Black Team line up with Red Team 3^rd Base Dugout

                        Blue Team line up with Green Team along 1^st Base Dugout

10:05 am         GAME 5(9 innings) – RED TEAM (V) vs. GREEN TEAM (H)

11:30 am         Black Team BP – 3^rd Base Cage

                        Blue Team BP – 1^st  Base Cage

12:00 pm         Black & Blue Teams eat lunch

12:35 pm         Game 5 cannot start new inning

Presentation of Red and Green Team Outstanding Player Awards/HR Derby Plaque (if on Red or Green Team), then clear dugout

Red and Green Team meet to dismiss and eat lunch before leaving

1:00 pm           Coaches Fungo Contest: 1 Coach from each team

1:20 pm           Blue Team warm up in Right Field then enter 1^st Base Dugout

                        Black Team warm up in Left Field then enter 3^rd Base Dugout

1:35 pm           Blue Team Pregame

1:50 pm           Black Team Pregame

2:05 pm           Game 6(9 innings) – BLACK TEAM (V) vs. BLUE TEAM (H)

4:35 pm           Game 6 cannot start new inning

Presentation of Black and Blue Team Outstanding Player Awards/HR Derby Plaque (if on Black or Blue Team)

                        Black and Blue Team meet with coordinators to dismiss

                        Clean up Bill Davis Stadium

                        Board Meeting at Bill Davis 30 minutes after game 6 ends
