Senior Academic Award
Congratulations 2009 Senior Academic Award Winners!
Any current OHSBCA member coach can nominate a SENIOR player to be awarded this annual recognition.
The following requirements must be met:
- Senior academic standing
- Start in 70% of season games
(pitchers must appear in 25% of all games) - Be in the top 25% of senior class
- Combined score of at least 1000 on the SAT or at least 21 on the ACT
- Nomination Form must be completed correctly by Coach and Principal
Deadline for Nominations: All Nomination Forms must be properly completed and received by June 1, 2010, and sent to the current OHSBCA President for consideration. Final selections will be released to UPI, AP and USA Today by July 1, 2010.
