High Oil and Protein Content Program

The Soybean Quality Reward program (SQR) is a premium based soybean incentive for high oil and protein content for the crop year 2011-2012.

The premium can be earned on enrolled SQR bushels for truck delivered soybeans to the Fostoria, Ohio facility that have minimum protein content of 35.5% and minimum oil content of 19.4%.

Oil and protein content may vary from year to year even with the same soybean variety, so all SQR enrolled soybeans will be tested by Near Infrared Transmission (NIT) grain analyser at a 13% mositure basis for protein and oil content.
