Objectives:

1.  Understand the process of healthcare delivery for National Guard Soldiers prior to, during, and after deployment.

2. Understand the contribution of community-based health care providers to the health care and medical readiness of National Guard soldiers.

CME Credit: Please note that this event is accredited to offer 1.0 hour of Category 1 CME for physicians. Please make sure that your licensure body will accept a certificate of attendance from this event to ensure your receive the credit desired.
