Western Reserve District
The OOA House of Delegates in April, members unanimously voted to create the Western Reserve Academy of Osteopathic Medicine. This new district combines the geographical area formerly comprising the Warren and Youngstown academies. A Coordinating Committee is currently working to restart the new district. Western Reserve Academy Hosts Inaugural Event
Nearly 80 physicians, students, residents, hospital officials and their spouses from the Youngstown and Warren areas attended a welcome reception, July 26, for new trainees at the St. Joeseph Medical Center in Warren and the St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Youngstown.
