Pseudoephedrine Logbook: Order Today!

New Reduced Price!

The final implementation of the Combat Methamphetamine Epidemic Act of 2005 went into effect September 30, 2006. This law states that all retailers selling ephedrine, pseudoephedrine (PSE), and phenylpropanolamine products must keep a written or electronic list of the sales of these products in the form of a logbook. The logbooks must capture the following information for all PSE products: date and time sold; purchaser's name, purchaser's address, product name and strength, quantity sold, purchaser's signature, and verification that the purchaser's identification was checked for age. To better enable you to meet the new regulations regarding the sale of these products, the Ohio Pharmacists Association has developed a Pseudoephedrine and Ephedrine Sales Register Logbook, which is compliant to the regulations regarding the record keeping of pseudoephedrine/ephedrine sales. Each logbook contains room for over 350 sales entries and meets all the federal logbook requirements. The cost of the logbook is $5.00(includes shipping & handling) and is available for purchase. To order securely online $$LinkToForm52,5 or call OPA toll free in Ohio at 800.559.0037 or 614.586.1497.
