Applying for CE Approval
Before you complete an application, please be sure you are not applying for CE for any of the following, which are now handled directly through the OTPTAT Board *

Coursework completed at a CAPTE accredited Entry-Level DPT OR Transitional DPT program

Physical therapists who are an APTA credentialed clinical instructor (CI)
-
PTAs who are an APTA credentialed CI
-
Physical therapists who are APTA credentialed CIs or who have a specialization serving as a mentor in an APTA credentialed residency / fellowship program.
* If applying through the OTPTAT Board, the following forms are not applicable.
