Washington, D.C. Insider Mixes Wit with Election Update

Get up to speed on the upcoming local and national elections with a dash of humor at the OSAE monthly luncheon meeting Oct. 1, 2010 at the Hyatt Regency Columbus, 350 N. High St.  Renowned speaker and humorist Pat Haggerty will combine his inside-the-beltway knowledge with his political bi-partisan wit to give you perspective for Election Day Nov. 2. 

Haggerty is a 34-year Washington, D.C., political and media veteran, having covered the White House, Congress and the federal agencies.  He has been seen on The Larry King Show and Good Morning America, and has worked on four presidential campaigns and served as press secretary to three members of Congress. 

Speaking of Election Day, OSAE will hold elections for the OSAE Board of Directors at the Oct. 1 meeting which also doubles as the OSAE Annual Meeting.  Be sure to attend and vote for your favorite candidates.  Three, 3-year positions for association executive/CVB members will be voted on by attendees of the luncheon meeting.
