Continuing Education Highlights
Chiropractic assistants requiring continuing education for their General Machine Operator license are encouraged to register for the OSCA's course on September 13-14. Effective August 1, 2008, any person applying to renew their GXMO must complete a 12-hour classroom course. This course is approved by the Ohio Department of Health. GXMO 2008 CE Course
Registeration is now open for the OSCA's 2008 Annual Convention, October 17-19 in Columbus. Secure on-line registration is available on the Events section of the OSCA website or you can print a registration form and mail or fax it to the Executive Office.
The Executive Office is currently seeking nationally known chiropractic speakers for the 2009 Annual Convention. If you have heard a dynamic presentation or desire to hear a specific individual who has not recently been to Ohio, please email your suggestions to dixie@oscachiro.org.

The officially endorsed acupuncture certification program of the OSCA will begin its fall session in Columbus on October 25-26. This program meets the requirements established in Ohio law by the Ohio State Board of Chiropractic Examiners and the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners for acupunture examination.
