All DCs themselves, the founders' unwavering philosophy was and still is "We Take Care of Our Own," providing direction for all future endeavors. Having served the professional liability needs of DCs for decades, NCMIC began diversifying its product line in the ‘90s. The result? The CA will become an expert in chiropractic philosophy and will understand their role in the "office philosophy" of their office no matter what their job duties are. The CA will learn the techniques of being a leader, or leading from within, even when they are not the leader of the office. They will be trained in the 10 characteristics of a "Team Player" which will help them in all areas of their life. They will master communication skills that they will use to create astonishing visits for each patient. Each CA will be exposed to the Principles of Chiropractic
Why Send My Staff?
One of the primary factors that distinguishes dynamic chiropractic offices and pedestrian ones is the quality of its staff. High performance practices work together, learn together, and grow together. Each individual member must do more than just a job description to be an effective member of a team. We want them to be the best they can be and help us build the practice of our dreams, but where do they get the training from? Where do they get the personal growth information? It is very hard to spend the time during the day or in a short staff meeting to educate and motivate your staff the way you want to.
This highly entertaining seminar contains only the finest principles, procedures, and action steps to catapult your staff into a high performance team. Your CAs will come away motivated to be the best CA/person they can be. After the seminar their vision will reach beyond the thing that is, into the conception of what can be.
This session will provide attendees with:
An Introduction to Chiropractic Philosophy
10 Characteristics of a Team Player
360 Leadership (How to Lead from Within)
Transform your Practice with the "One Percent Solution"
Educational Communication and Rock Solid Referrals
