This is the conference hotel! It is the only hotel within walking distance of the conference. The other hotels are in downtown Lawrence (which is fun), but they are not within walking distance. There is parking on campus near the conference site (but it cost $). There are a limited number of free spaces within walking distance

Please call 1-877-263-6347 or 785 843-1200 during our reservations business hours (Mon-Fri 8:30am-6pm, Sat 10am-5pm, Sun 10am-3pm) are automatically routed to the central reservations office. After hours calls go either to the front desk personnel or are offered the option to leave a message which will be returned promptly on the next business day.
