 (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) and how to help a person who is choking. At
 tendees will learn to perform these techniques on adults\, children and inf
 ants. The optional First Aid portion teaches how to manage illness and inju
 ries in a child for the first few minutes until professional help arrives. 
 This course is of particular interest to new and expectant parents\, relati
 ves\, babysitters and seniors. The CPR for Family & Friends program is cond
 ucted according to the guidelines of the American Heart Association. This i
