January 15: The Taunton Daily Gazette published an article on the chapter's launch.

May 5: A local news station ran a story about Bob Schriever's save and pocket CPR.

May 8: Massachusett's state congressmen presented chapter leader Rusty Watterson with an award in recognition of Older American Volunteer Month.

May 9: Bob Schriever, Scott Meagher, and Rusty Watterson conducted CPR and AED training for students in a community training and certification program.

June 8: Bob Schriever received the Citizen Award by Partnership for a Heart-Healthy, Stroke-Free Massachusetts.

October 7: The chapter trained students in CPR, Heimlich, and AED use at Coyle-Cassidy High School.

October 18: The chapter trained students in CPR, Heimlich, and AED use at Coyle-Cassidy High School.

October 23: The chapter trained students in CPR, Heimlich, and AED use at Coyle-Cassidy High School.

October 29: The chapter trained students in CPR, Heimlich, and AED use at Coyle-Cassidy High School.

October 29: WCVB Boston (ABC) ran a story on Bob Schriever's efforts to teach high school students about SCA and CPR.

November 18: The chapter trained students in CPR, Heimlich, and AED use at Bridgewater State College.

December: The AHA and SCAA honored three employees from Deerfield Elementary School for their quick thinking and actions that save co-worker Robert Sheehy's life.

December 1-4: The chapter trained studens in CPR, Heimlich, and AED use at North Attleboro HIgh School.

December 5: The Westwood Press published an article about Bob Schriever's award presentation at Deerfield Elementary School where three employees saved a co-worker.
