Professor Wayne Derman from the SA Medical Research Council has recently issued a warning that before you prepare for a work out, you should be alert about the intensity of the same.
It is being said that working out is necessary for a healthy heart, but excess of it could mean increased risk of suffering a sudden cardiac attack. Sudden cardiac arrest is much like a natural death that could occur within a period of six hours of the realization of symptoms.
