Please come and join us on the fun and inspiring day. The normal admission price to Great Adventure is $62.99. That is without food. With this special day, you get admission into the Theme Park and the Safari Off Road Adventure (new for 2014), the CPR / AED Awareness Day event and a 2-hour all-you-can-eat buffet, a “LifeForce Foundation – CPR Hero” wristband, and an event T-Shirt all for $49.00. If you are a Great Adventure Season Pass Holder, the cost for the CPR/AED Awareness Day event and buffet is $19.00. You can purchase the tickets from the LifeForce Foundation, or buy them online (tickets for the buffet only cannot be bought online). The online site and code is found on the event ticket order form.
Another exciting part of this year’s event is the charity auction to raise money for the LifeForce Foundation. The foundation was created to supply AED’s and other medical supplies, along with education, to families or organizations that in much need of an AED, but cannot afford one. One Hundred percent of all proceeds from all fundraising go towards the foundation’s mission. There is not a single penny that is used for salaries of any kind. This year’s auction will feature sports memorabilia, tickets to professional games, gift certificates to restaurants, spas and stores, and much more.
Please tell everyone and anyone, even if they do not teach CPR, or work in the medical field or as a rescuer. This day is for everyone. You can choose to come to see the guest speaker and awards, or just enjoy more time in the park, and come for the buffet.
If you know of any “Hero” that saved a life by performing CPR and/or using an AED, please let us know their story. We will nominate them for an award. The person(s) will be our guest along with one other person of their choosing to attend the day. If you know who the “Survivor” is also, the same applies. Sometimes it is tough to get the information on the survivor, due to privacy laws, or their state of health.
If your company is interested in being a sponsor, please let them know that they get many things for their sponsor fee, including tickets for the day. It is all explained in the attached sponsor form.
All Heroes, Survivor’s and sponsors receive an award from the Sudden Cardiac Arrest Association, the American Heart Association and proclamations from Governor Christie’s office and Congressman Chris Smith’s office.
Please call me if you have any questions.
I hope to see you on June 1, 2014 for a great time.
