Attn Portico Benefits Members: Healthy Living to Replace EmbodyHealth in December

The Mayo Clinic will launch Healthy Living online to replace its current web portal, Embody Health, in December.

ELCA health plan members and spouses, you'll access Healthy Living directly through myPortico - no more need for a Mayo Clinic ID and password.

EmbodyHealth will close at midnight (Central), Dec. 14. Healthy Living will launch no later than Jan. 1.
Your personalized information won't carry over to Healthy Living. If you took the 2014 health assessment and want to save your My Health Summary and Physicians Report, print or download them from EmbodyHealth before it closes.
Healthy Living is where you'll take the health assessment, earn wellness dollars if you have ELCA-Primary health benefits, and use new features to manage and track your health goals.
