In-kind and monetary donations needed for flood victims in Jackson County

The following items are needed to help our neighbors in Jackson County who experienced extensive flooding this summer. If you are interested in helping please see the information provided below.

Items we will gratefully accept include (but are not limited to):
*sheets sets of different sizes
*towels (kitched and bath sets)
*rugs (kitchen and bath)
*shower curtains
*cooking pans
*kitchen utensils
*dish sets
*pillows

*building materials
*donated labor time for repairs that need made
*furniture
*appliances
(If you have large items to donate please call to make arrangements.)

*We will also accept monetary donations, which will be used to purchase needed items.

Monetary donations can be mailed to The Jackson County Long Term Disaster Recovery Committee, C/O Jackson Vinton Community Action, 118 S New York Ave, Wellston OH 45692.
Please make checks payable to Jackson Vinton Community Action with JCLTDRC on the memo line. If you would like the donation to go to a certain need please also specify in a cover letter with the donation.
