SC flood relief special offering challenge to SOS from that synod up north!
Members of the Southern Ohio Synod Mission Territory! We have been challenged by the North/West Lower Michigan Synod to a special offering challenge for South Carolina Synod Flood Relief.
As most of you know the flooding in South Carolina has been devastating. To help, Bishop Craig Satterlee of the North/West Lower Michigan Synod came up with a friendly challenge for Bishop Dillahunt and all of you in our synod.
By November 21, 2015, when Michigan State University Spartans play The Ohio State University Buckeyes at the Shoe, we want to see which synod can raise the most money for the South Carolina Synod Flood Fund. The totals will be tallied at the end of the game and the losing synod's bishop will have to wear the winning bishop's jersey for a day!

Southern Ohio Synod, 300 S. 2nd Street, Columbus, OH 43215. Make sure your check reads 'South Carolina Flood Fund' in the memo field so your donation is recorded correctly. (DO NOT SEND TO OUR PO BOX or your donation may not make it in the final tally on Nov 21).
