Spouses urged to take Mayo Clinic Health Assessment too!

We can still reach our 65% goal and save congregations $18,000 total in health plan contributions but...

We need spouses’ help!

If you have a spouse on the ELCA health plan, remind him or her to register for a spousal myPortico account and complete the health assessment. The steps are simple:

• Your email address

Manage Your Benefits Online
You must be registered on myPortico to access your account and benefit details. You’ll be able to:

• View benefit information, including co-pays and out-of-pocket limits
• Find information that can help you save money and get the most from your benefits
• If eligible, access Mayo Clinic Healthy Living online, take your health assessment, and earn wellness dollars
