Faith Trek VI
Information for Faith Trek VI was sent to all congregations (to the attention of the Pastor) during the second half of May. Each congregation can nominate up to two candidates. The Nomination deadline is October 15, 2012. Faith Trek VI will run from February through July 2013.
SynodFest June 8th Wrap Up
With temperatures in the 70's, we had a wonderful experience at Nisbet Park last Friday evening.
Approximately 320 of us gathered for worship, dinner, and the Peder Eide concert.
Thanks to all of those that volunteered to make the worship service, meal, and concert a success. All 320 people went through the food/beverage lines in less than 15 minutes. Thanks again to all.
Summer 2013: Youthworks?
Preliminary registration numbers will be needed late summer.
Anyone interested in a summer 2013 Southern Ohio Synod youthworks experience? If so, contact Gary with your thoughts. He would be excited to organize another all Synod youthworks trip. Those that connect with Gary by July 15 can help choose the location.
Middle School-age Faith Advance
Do you keep hearing about Faith Skills and wonder what they are all about? Here is a chance to bring some Middle Schoolers to a Faith Skills equipping event. Designed for youth and adult sponsors consider coming September 7-9, 2012 to Lutheran Memorial Camp.
