Volunteers Needed! Please Sign Up to Help with Registration During SynodFest (Assembly)

Calling all volunteers! The Southern Ohio Synod SynodFest Planning Team needs you!

We have need of smiling faces and willing souls to share their time with us on Friday, June 7 and Saturday, June 8, 2013 as registration check-in volunteers for SynodFest 2013.

You'll be assigned to a place at the registration check-in table with a partner and will greet SynodFest attendees, ask them for their Registration Check-in Cards and provide them with their pre-printed badges. Volunteers will mainly be seated during their shift.

Food, beverages and our undying gratitude are provided for your time.

We need volunteers for the following shifts:

June 7   10 am-2:30 pm (18 needed)

June 7   2:30 pm-4:30 pm (5 needed)

June 8   7:30 am-11:30 am (10 needed)

June 8   11:30 am-3:00 pm (6 needed) (We'd love you to help with reconciling electronic voting cards if you can stay until the end of SynodFest)

If you are a voting member and would like to volunteer, we will adjust your shift so you can still be present for all sessions.
