Congregational Remittance Reports for Feb-Sept 2013 Sent Dec 18--Please Review for Corrections

All congregations that sent mission support or other finanacial gifts to the Southern Ohio Synod office between February 1 and September 30, 2013 was sent a Congregational Remittance Statement, a cover letter from Bishop Suzanne Dillahunt and a 'Synod Remittance Instructions' document. The reports were mailed December 18, 2013 and should have arrived at your congregation's mailing address before the end of December. If you have not yet opened this envelope, please do so soon and contact Joy Hacker, the synod's new accountant, with any discrepancies or questions.

If your congregation did not receive a Congregational Remittance Statement mailing, then we do not have any mission support or other remittances on file for your congregation prior to September 30, 2013. If you believe you should have received a statement, please contact Joy Hacker.

Please note that checks dated February 2013 were credited to the 2013 Fiscal Year. Only checks dated prior to February 2013 were applied to the 2012 Fiscal Year.
