We Did It! The 2% Discount is Ours. Way to Go Southern Ohio Synod!

Congratulations Southern Ohio Synod!

We met and exceeded our 65% participation goal for the Mayo Clinic Health Assessment, coming in at 74.7% participation!

Thank you for being good stewards of your health and this 2% reduction in premiums paid by congregations for our leaders' health insurance. I hope you will be able to use the extra money for ministry in some way.

As promised, the money the synod office receives as an added bonus for your participation will be used to help offset the cost of a joint Ohio rostered leaders event in 2016! Continuing education and building relationships outside of our synod are healthy ways of 'being Church together!'

Look for more information in 2015 about the joint Ohio rostered leaders event. In the meantime, take a moment to pat yourselves on the back for once again reaching our goal!
