2014 WCCA Annual Meeting and Dinner

Madison Club, Madison, Wisconsin

In December of 2013, the WCCA Board of Directors agreed to consolidate and change focus of the Annual Meeting.  In place of the traditional two-day event which included a day of full of available programs, the 2014 Annual meeting will consist of an afternoon and evening event.  The Annual Meeting and Convention will now be an Annual Meeting and Dinner.

The annual business meeting will take place concurrently with a WCCA Board of Directors meeting, at which the annual budget and board members will be determined.  This meeting will be for WCCA Board of Directors and any WCCA system member (4:30-5:30 pm).  Following, will be a cocktail hour and a dinner, for all WCCA operator and associate members.

Our hope is that meeting together for cocktails and dinner for an eventing will still provide all the networking and interaction we all enjoy as part of the WCCA Annual Meetings.

This year our Annual Meeting and Dinner will take place on July 24th in Madison.  We have space received at the historic Madison Club.  We are also reserving rooms at the Madison Hilton, adjacent to the Madison Club and the Hyatt Place Hotel on West Washington Avenue.
