Good computer security includes the use of strong passwords for your network logon account on your computer.

A strong password should:

• Be at least eight characters long
• Contain at least one Upper and Lower case character, and one numeral
• Not contain your name or user name
• Not be a common word or name

• Never share passwords with co-workers
• Never use your network logon password for another purpose
• Change your password immediately if you think it has been compromised
