Description:

During our next e-Seminar, Pat Sturgeon, CAC Chairman, will discuss the possible issues involved with working with a non-CPYB Broker, including how to properly outline the preferred rules of engagement, how to gain adequate background knowledge of the non-CPYB broker and his company, as well as how to best make decisions regarding courtesy showing, surveys and documentation companies. Pat will finish up with ideas on how to promote the CPYB program and its value to the non-CPYB broker.
