WBT AM-FM and WLNK FM have an opportunity for an astute and detailed oriented Sales Professional. The Local Sales Manager (LSM) is responsible for the coaching and development of the sales team for the purpose of maximizing sales and achieving monthly, quarterly and annual revenue goals.

Key parts of the LSM duties are:
• creating marketing plans which also include digital sales opportunities through collaboration with the station’s Sales, Promotions and Interactive Departments
• developing digital sales strategies utilizing all available interactive components including websites, social media, video, email and any future technologies identified by station management
• developing NTR sales including station events, paid programming and traffic network inventory
• achieving implementation and compliance with CRM tools
• working with the Director of Sales to set rates through yield management tools

If you have at least three to five years experience in radio sales and management with experience in sales and management of digital assets and NTR, we want to hear from you! Four year degree preferred.
