JobDescription.......... Position Summary:
The Regional Operations Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of Care Center operations within company policies and budgetary guidelines; provide a positive work environment for our employees and quality medical care and services to Hometown Urgent Care patients. All duties and responsibilities are to be performed in compliance with all regulatory guidelines.

1 Position in Columbus, 2 Positions in Dayton. 

Essential Job Functions:
•Responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operations of our Care Centers within specific regions per our standard operational procedures
•Assure patients receive quality medical care and customer service excellence at every patient touch-point
•Make sure all Care Centers are appropriately staffed and employees are properly trained and fully understand position responsibilities, including HIPPA and OSHA responsibilities
•Responsible for the scheduling process for all employee to ensure all scheduled shifts for all hours of operations are filled
•Make certain all supply inventories are maintained at appropriate levels
•Ensure Care Centers maintain neat appearance of the lobby/reception area, treatment rooms, x-ray rooms and external areas/grounds
•Accountable for all equipment (computers, phones, x-ray machines, etc.) being in good working order; provide for repairs and maintenance of equipment, building and grounds as necessary
•Handle personnel and human resource issues such as: hiring, job performance, thanking employees for a job well done, need for performance improvement, dismissal, time-off request, payroll issues, health insurance questions, HIPPA & OSHA compliance (including Care Center OSHA logs), maintain personnel files/documents in a confidential manner and address additional personnel related inquiries
•Responsible for office keys, key cards, passes, parking permits and all other Care Center property
•Provide regular positive encouragement and feedback to Care Center’s staff exemplifying our corporate values and culture of caring
•Contribute substantially to the accomplishment of overall corporate goals and objectives
•Routinely and continuously visit clinic locations within region
•May be responsible for generating and/or reviewing/distributing daily, weekly and monthly reports regarding performance and results
•Assist Sr. Management with revisions to existing and development of new Care Center policies/procedures
•Responsible for fully understanding and communicating to Sr. Management information regarding region’s competitive landscape
•Responsible for increasing Care Center's patient count
•Assist the sales team in new sales and marketing meetings
•Complete all other duties as assigned

Job Requirements
Educational Requirements:
•Bachelor' or Master’s degree in business, health related field, operations management, administration or equivalent. May substitute educational requirement for 5+ years of previous operations management experience, including budget, employee scheduling and real-time operations management.

Training and Experience:
•Good analytical and computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•Experience in supervising, mentoring, coaching and developing staff
•Ability to assess and analyze training and development needs
•Capability to remain positive, poised and diplomatic in stressful and sensitive situation when dealing with employee and patient issues
•Knowledge of applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA, as pertinent to medical practices
