Kimberly (Kim) Speakman is the Vice-President of the State of Tennessee Board for Professional Counselors, Marital and Family Therapists, and Clinical Pastoral Therapists. She is in her second term as a member of the board. Kim is a Licensed Professional Counselor/Mental Health Service Provider in the State of Tennessee and is a nationally Certified Healthcare Compliance professional. She has worked for Mental Health Cooperative in Nashville, Tennessee, for over 26 years in both clinical and administrative roles. For the past 16 years, she has served as the Director of Compliance for the agency. Kim is a founding member of the Tennessee Licensed Professional Counselor’s Association (TLPCA), as well as the organization’s first treasurer, a former president of the organization, and finance committee chair. Kim is also currently a member of the Education Committee for Mental Health America of the MidSouth.
