Are you interested in becoming a Rising Leader? Do you know someone in your firm who would make a great Rising Leader? We are kicking off the 2023-2024 class in August!
The purpose of our Rising Leader program is to help develop future firm leaders within ACEC Ohio member companies. Our Rising Leader program features 6 half-day sessions covering 6 topics for a total of 25.5 hours of learning. Our Rising Leader participants are given networking opportunities inside and outside of their class sessions. The class is limited to 20 participants per program year and will be first come first serve. We will maintain a waiting list for the following class of Rising Leaders in the event that we get more than 20 applicants. Each firm may only register one member per year, but ACEC Ohio will repeat the course for a new class of participants as often as necessary to fulfill member company needs.
